We’re here!

Yesterday was busy, busy, and a good time was had by all. Since we flew into Baltimore in the morning and my parents were there to pick us up, we decided to do Inner Harbor then. We took the boys on the USS Constellation for a tour, where Eric and Sam got to work on the yards and Gabe got to demonstrate his Wild Boy impression. Then we went to the aquarium, which, after he had a brief recharging nap, was absolutely the Bestest Fun Ever for Gabe but by the end of which Sam was ready to expire. (Seriously, Gabe was in love with the whole thing, running from window to window and squealing over each and every fish.)

Then on the way home, we stopped at an Apple store, so I could try to convince my dad that the new computer he really needs might possibly be a Macintosh.

Only real bad part was when Gabe got his toe crunched in a door, causing bleeding and screaaaaaaaaaaam-ing, both over the injury and the indignation of requiring a BandAid. (But it was a pirate BandAid, black and covered with skulls and crossbones! I want some for myself!) Now, the next morning, he insists his toe is still in horrible pain; last night, he was actually asking to go to a doctor. Ugh. Hope it resolves on its own soon…
