Yum!

Just made these, only without meat or carrots. They are so good! I’ll be freezing some and eating them for breakfast. I really can’t say emphatically enough how good they are; Gabe stole a bite and agrees. :mrgreen:

One odd thing, though: I was pressing out the excess moisture from the thawed spinach, using paper towels, and when the liquid got on my hands, it stung and itched like wildfire. I mean, I have dyshidrotic eczema on my palms, and it itches ordinarily, but the spinach liquid really seemed to aggravate it. I went off spinach, along with lots of other favorite foods, back when the quack-dermatologist suggested a nickel-free diet, and it didn’t seem to make a lick of difference to my eczema. This is weird, though.
