Gabe wants desperately to make cookies, for some reason. I have no idea why he’s thought of this, since I can’t imagine he remembers making cookies last Christmas and he hasn’t made cookies with me since then to my recollection. Still, “let’s make Gabe cookies, Mommy!”
And because the cupboards are pretty bare of things with which to make sweet baked goods, and because I’m too lazy to want to brave a grocery store, we’re going here. Geesh, look at that list! Which ones should we get?

Heh, don’t peanut butter cookies just contain peanut butter, sugar, eggs and baking soda? You might have all of those on hand and it might be easier than even ordering dough might be.
