GABE: “Mom?”
ME: “What?”
GABE: “Can I have a speak to you?”
ME: “Uh, sure.”
GABE: “Well, a kiss from me to you can I have?”
ME: “Wha-aaa?”
GABE: “A kiss from me to you? I can have?”
ME: “Sure thing?”
He bows his head so I can kiss his forehead, and then he walks away humming.
