Thanks for your efforts in sharing your experiences, and motivating the running community. About shoes: I'm a stability/support running shoe wearer and a Brooks Adrenaline fan... and have ran in them as my road shoe. (my wife also runs the Adrenaline) The series does have a trail/off-road version, and although I'm thinking it's not as beefy as the Cascadia shoe (their neutral shoe) they do have the Adrenaline ASR 6 which is defo an option.
