By the Way
Getting this whole mess off my mind, if temporarily, is really aided by having to straighten up the house in a hurry for a showing.
Now, how do I telepathically force their realtor to call me back and tell me what they thought of the house?

We call our realtor with the realtors name & # who showed the house and she calls and follows up with them. I love that. That way you know for sure, you know?
That's the hardest thing about selling a house. Keeping it clean the whole time. It's actually been nice though having the house clean. :)
