I've been a busy girl today, cleaning and vacuuming almost the whole house, weeding Sam's clothes and packaging the outgrown ones to take to the thrift store, and packing up Eric's and my cast-offs to go to the thrift store or to Goodwill. I also made my first stab at creating a casserole without a recipe; we'll know in about five minutes whether or not I was successful.
I've got a La Leche League meeting in a neighboring town at 7; Eric thinks he'll be home at 6:30, so we'll probably miss each other entirely. It feels oddly reminiscent of my household when I was a teenager, with Mom busily arranging everything for everybody, and we were lucky if we got to see each other a few times a week.

I can't offer much advice other than to maybe keep a few outfits for sentimental reasons like you already mentioned.
However... How did that casserole turn out? Recipe to share? :)

:-(
But...we have no storage space. I feel awful getting rid of some of them, but Eric isn't sure he wants any more kids at all. The money would really come in handy, too, for getting clothes for this baby. ;-)
I'm keeping some of it, but hadn't planned to keep much. Now I'm torn.

I would definately rethink giving Sam's clothes away. I kept Ethan's clothes in such good conditioning that I'm keeping them "just in case". :) They take up a lot of room in storage, but I found that using those zipped plastic bags that you get when you buy a comforter or drapes are easy to store and smoosh up into places that other things wouldn't fit.

Careful!
As soon as you get rid of the baby clothes, you'll get pregnant. :)

I sold off a bunch of Jeannie's adorable little outgrown outfits. Now I wish I'd kept them for Holly. :o(
