03/27/2002 Entry: "Busy busy"

Um. Power outages yesterday. Yuck. But at least the storms seem to be over; nothing left but the melting.

I am now supremely busy with trying to clean and organize this place for the in-laws' visit this weekend. Here's the list:

• Laundry
• Wash diapers
• Fold and store Sam's outgrown clothes
• Move bike trailer into my trunk
• Mail Mom's birthday present
• Hang the babygate at Sam's door
• Clean off the steps
• Hang the Dustbuster
• Declutter the computer area
• Scrub the bathroom
• Dishes
• Mop the kitchen floor
• Vacuum the bedroom
• Clean out the guinea pig hutch

And all with a baby clinging to my legs, as he is right now. Can I do it?

Looks about like my list. It was actually easier to get things done a few months ago when Rebecca couldn't move around! She used to like to sit in her saucer, usually for at least long enough for me to vacuum a room or do a quick cleaning of the bathroom! Now the saucer makes her mad after about 3 minutes!
