04/21/2002 Entry: "Craziness"

Can you guys please send some healing thoughts in Eric's direction? This sinus infection is kicking his butt, and it's not only making him miserable, but (to sound totally and completely selfish) it is also making my life a nearly joyless existence. He can't really help with much of anything Sam-related, and the house is turning into a giant trash heap with garbage that he would ordinarily be able to take to the trash on his own. Sam is preventing me from being able to tend to Eric as I'd like to, so I'm beginning to feel frayed to nothing. It's driving me nuts!

Oh, and I hate seeing him feel and look so miserable. But doesn't that go without saying?

I ran out to the grocery store during Sam's nap today to fetch him more tissues and orange juice, but Sam woke up a few minutes after I left and spent the next half-hour yowling "Ma-ma! Ma-ma-ma! Ma-ma-ma-ma-ma!" until Eric's head was ready to explode. We're all grumpy people around here.

Oh goodness! How overwhelming for both of you! Well, I certainly hope his infection gets better soon. Sounds like you all need a break! *hugs*
