05/28/2002 Entry: "Pastitsio"

Making pastitsio (not that recipe, though) tonight for the first time. It's in the oven now, supposedly "setting up." That unnervingly reminds me of baking pie, which I have never managed to successfully do; they always remain in their infantile liquid state, refusing to set.

Please, please let pastitsio be different.

SO, how was it? Yummy? Are you going to share the recipe? I need something new, exciting; we’re tired of the same ‘ol thing for dinner. Cheesy Meatloaf by the way was GREAT, hubby loved it… Woohoo!
