07/17/2002 Entry: "Mowing the lawn"

Getting set to do some lawn-mowing!
Stand and push
More pushing
Mowing is hard work
Good thing I'm so strong
Whew! All done!

Thanks, guys!

Actually, Kerry, it was a birthday gift from my parents. They found it at a thrift store, and Elmo was broken (he pops up and down as the mower is pushed). Mom fixed it and gave it to Sam, who had been dying for a toy lawn mower since seeing them in just about every toy store we entered (not the Elmo ones, but that didn't matter to him!). Good luck finding one new!

What a cutie! He's so grown up with his hair cut!!!

Hey...as a mommy to an Elmo lover 2 year old...where did you find the lawnmower? LOL Not that we have any grass to mow (we are planning to put in a cirular driveway, so we currently have dirt in our front yard! LOL) but Joey would LOVE another Elmo toy!

Seriously, Carrie - you have the cutest little boy in the whole world! He gets more precious by the day! :)

He's such a doll, Carrie! He can come mow our grass anytime! :)

Those are so cute, he looks like he's really mowing the lawn... he's growing up so fast...

he's such a handsome boy- he has this neat "classic" look to him, like baby boys/toddler boys in older movies. (My baby is 5.5 years old so he looks plenty baby to me- even with his handsome haircut!)
He's really such a cute little person.

You know, with his hair cut now, he looks so different! Much more like a "boy" than a "baby." He's just too adorable!
